The “Tempo Living The Gables EOFY Sale” promotional offer runs from 10.00 am 5th April, 2024 (AEDT) to 12th May, 2024 at 5.00pm (AEST) or when withdrawn by Tempo Living (Promotion Period). The offer comprises of a $50,000 discount to the home price in The Gables House & Land packages on Lots 601, 602, 604, 606.
The $50,000 discount will be shown in the Tender and Building Agreement specification as a discount to the house price applicable at that time. The $50,000 discount will not be deductible from the land price in the house and land package.
To participate in this offer, the purchaser must exchange and settle on one of Lots 601, 602, 604, or 606 The Gables in Stockland’s specified time frame.

The purchaser must also enter into a Tempo Living Building Contract on one of Lots 601, 602, 604, or 606 within the offer period, which involves but is not limited to:
- Selecting from the Tempo Living internal designer colour selections
- Making no requests for material customer changes to the house design
- Making any selections from the available standard upgrade options available for the selected house and land package
- Not actively, or accidentally delaying or preventing Tempo Living from meeting its requirements under this offer
- Being financially approved or financially capable of entering into and completing the building contract during the offer period
If during or after the Offer period, the purchaser cancels, frustrates, repudiates or terminates such Building Contract they are not eligible to receive the offer.
The Tempo Living $50,000 discount is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
