Our display homes are open by appointment, our friendly consultants are available to demonstrate the homes to you at your convenience. The homes have intentionally been completed to show you our standard inclusions and available upgrades, so you’ll know exactly what you are building. We guarantee a fixed-price tender and construction timeframes, so you’ll know exactly what you are paying for, and exactly when you will be moving in.

Tempo Living Display Homes are located in Marsden Park, Schofields, Austral & Bellbird
We have three double storey display homes in North West and South West Sydney. You can see the Harmony III on display at 27 Lockheed Drive, Nirimba Fields (Schofields); the Symphony IV at 15 Ribbonwood Crescent, Newpark Estate (Marsden Park); and the Crescendo II at 6 Pear Street, Austral. We have one single storey display in the Hunter the Anthem IV at 13 Abbotsford Street, Mount View Grange, Bellbird.
We don’t believe in presenting display homes that are unrealistic and out of reach
Our display homes showcase exactly what you’ll get – and we are open and honest about the cost of any upgrades shown. To prove it, our Austral display home has just $25,000 in upgrades – some builders present displays with upgrades that run into the hundreds of thousands.

Our bathrooms are a great example of this: we offer a Good (most affordable), Better (mid range) and Best (top of the range) system and all three are on display. That means you can view the most affordable, included option and see how it fits your lifestyle. For a large percentage of our customers, it does!
