Where do you build?
We offer an affordable new home building service in Sydney, the Hunter, Central Coast, and the Illawarra of NSW. Our build area map highlights our boundaries.
What inclusions do you offer?
Our high-quality inclusions are well above what you will find with other builders, and we encourage you to compare our value with this handy chart. Stone benchtops, mirrored sliding doors to bedroom wardrobes, a concrete driveway, soft-close drawers… you will get more for your money when you build with Tempo Living.
When can you start on site?
If you meet the qualifying conditions for our 10-10-20 Guarantee, we will start on site within 10 weeks of the Tender Acceptance Fee being paid.
What does Move-In Ready price mean?
Move-In Ready price means everything is done and provided for you, bar landscaping and curtains. Your home will be ready for you to live in the moment we hand over your keys – all you have to do is place your furniture, choose your curtains and style it! (We’ve got expertly curated Pinterest boards with styling advice for each home colour scheme we offer).
Do you do knockdown rebuilds?
Yes, we are knockdown rebuild specialists. We offer a knockdown rebuild service in Sydney, the Hunter, Central Coast and Illawarra of NSW. Book a consultation to find out if your block is suitable for us to work with.
Where are your display homes?
Tempo Living has three open display homes. Our display homes are located in in Austral (6 Pear Street, Crescendo II design); Schofields (27 Lockheed Drive, Nirimba Fields; Harmony III design) and Marsden Park (15 Ribbonwood Crescent, Newpark Estate; Symphony IV design).
What is a fixed price House & Land package?
A fixed-price House & Land package means you will pay not a cent more than the tender price. The price you are given is 100% upfront and transparent, and there will be no variation in site costs at all. We have a range of fixed-price House & Land packages in Sydney, the Hunter, Central Coast and Illawarra of NSW.
How do I choose my home’s colour scheme?
We have four interior and home design packages for you to choose from. They are curated by our expert team of interior designers, and we created them to remove the sense of overwhelm many customers can feel when being asked to attend myriad colour selection appointments at different venues. You choose one look, and can rest assured you will have a cohesive home and interior design. Make your selection at sales stage and you’ll unlock a number of bonus inclusions.
