“The building process was pretty smooth. You hear stories about how people struggle and you have to fight with your site manager but Tempo Living was fantastic. It was hard getting our heads around the building contracts but once we spoke directly to the builders themselves it was so much easier. That’s the good thing about dealing with a smaller builder: you get direct access, and you don’t have to deal with all the crap you get with the larger guys. It was a very personal service. We had a couple of minor hiccups but to Tempo’s credit they came back and sorted out any issues immediately, so there are no complaints there. I know a lot of people who have gone through a build and I was sceptical at first. Even my father-in-law, who has built a couple of houses, was impressed with the way it all operated once the build started. It was quick, efficient and a decent job”.”

They allowed us to go back and forth with changes, and with their advice and what we had our minds set on, we settled on the perfect design for us. Our highest regards go to our site manager Paul. He kept us in the loop and from day one of the build got weekly updates and even photos. He was very knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions.
